This Sunday, December 21- EVOLUTIONARY SPIRITUALITY- PART ONE: TEILHARD de CHARDIN-Geologist and French Jesuit priest, Pere Teilhard de Chardin (1881-1955) had a profound influence on all modern "evolutionaries". His prophetic voice, especially in The Phenomenon of Man, helped form the basis of what we now call evolutionary spirituality. Part one of this two-part presentation will highlight some of the seed thoughts of this extraordinary thinker, scientist and mystic.
Presenter: Ed O'Keefe. One of Dr. O'Keefe's college professors was Thomas Berry, a cultural and religious historian who continued Teilhard's work among the religious/scientific community.
